I choose to work in men's health because there is limited resources out there for professional men who want to proactively take charge of their own health. Sure there are books for men on fitness and on specific conditions. But health and wellness coaching is for winning at whatever matters most to you-not just building muscles or reacting to disease. It's about what tools you should have in your toolbox beyond simply pharmaceuticals. Because the fact is that when you are healthy, you can win.
