Business Works is topic targeted for growth-oriented business professionals. The first portion will be a presentation from the speaker to learn the content. The middle portion of the event is intended for you to work on what you just learned. We'll end with a debrief of roundtable discussions. This is a fully interactive workshop with plenty of audience participation, so bring your laptop, come ready to work and take action.
This event has two prerequisites – capturing your Google Business Profile and creating a ChatGPT account.
Google Business Profile:
Attendees should complete the creation and verification process of their Google Business Profile before attending the session. If you do not have a page, please visit this article from Google HERE which provides a great breakdown for creating a Business Profile on Google. For attendees who do not have a physical location, pay specific attention to the Best practices to set up your service business section of the article.
For businesses that already have a profile, attendees should ensure they have access to their profile and can confirm this by navigating to Google Business Profile Manager HERE. If they have the proper access to manage the profile, they will see their respective business listed under the "Businesses" tab.
