Mike Gallagher, representative for Wisconsin's eighth district. Congressman Gallagher will discuss the $3 trillion COVID-19 response bill passed by the House of Representatives last week. Additionally, attendees will hear from WMC Executive Vice President of Government Relations Scott Manley for an update on the recent Wisconsin Supreme Court decision, the state's emergency rulemaking process and what is next for lawmakers in Madison.
