DESCRIPTION:Economic Development Update\n\n\n\nRegional Planning for Development\n\nPresented By: Capital Area Regional Planning Commission\n\n \n\nCapital Area Regional Planning Commission (CARPC) staff will report on the Regional Development Framework\, a newly adopted guide for communities\, businesses\, and organizations for the physical development of the region. The Framework recommends development strategies to achieve widely shared goals and objectives for the region. They will describe how the Framework applies to the Middleton area. They will also highlight the Black Earth Creek Watershed Green Infrastructure Planning effort\, a multi-community and stakeholder initiative to increase flood resiliency and enhance outdoor recreation and economic development\, and report on their economic development data services.\n\n\n\nWe are excited for the opportunity to gather and make connections in-person. We will follow all orders and mandates that are in place by Public Health at the time of this event. LOCATION:Wisconsin Trade Center 8401 Greenway Blvd. Middleton\, WI If you park in back\, there is an awning that says Conference Rooms\, and if you go in those doors it will be down the hall to the left\, before the skywalk. If you park in front\, follow the signs to the Conference Room or Skywalk.
